1. Sit comfortably.
2. Hold the deck of cards in your hand.
3. To get the maximum benefit sit back and relax.
4. Close your eyes.
5. Take three deep breaths.
6. Focus on the reason you are picking a card.
7. Shuffle the cards.
8. Stop when you are ready and pick a card randomly.
9. Look at it.
10. Focus on one, any or all the elements on the card.
11. What are the spontaneous thoughts that come to mind?
12. Note them down.
13. Unravel the ideas.
